You do not hire riders, manage shifts or chase anyone for a receipt. You send an order; we handle the rest.

Register your shop
Sign in with your phone number, drop a pin on your shop and pick your business type. A manager reviews the account and authorises it.

Request a delivery
Set the delivery fee for the order — a standard amount or your own — and send it. Several orders heading the same way can travel together on one trip.

A pilot is assigned
An available courier takes the trip. You get their name and number, and a notification at every change of status.

Settle it your way
The fee you set is reserved when the trip is created and settled on delivery — from your prepaid wallet, or collected in cash. Every movement appears on your ledger.

Districts drawn on the map
Coverage is defined as real polygons over real streets, not a list of area names, so a delivery is either inside a zone or it is not.
Pricing you set yourself
The delivery fee is a number you choose on the order, not something the system works out afterwards. What you enter is what is charged.
Live fleet visibility
Managers watch couriers on a live map — available, carrying orders, or out of contact — and a courier who stops reporting is flagged, not left looking green.
Notified at every state change
Accepted, assigned, picked up, delivered. A push reaches the phone in your pocket and the panel on your desk, so whoever is watching sees it first.
A ledger you can audit
Every charge, credit and settlement is a dated line against your wallet, in EGP, exportable by your accountant.
Pricing
You set the price of every delivery.
The delivery fee is yours to name, order by order. You enter it when you send the order, and that is exactly what is charged — no calculation to check, and nothing to reconcile at the end of the trip.

- Each order carries its own delivery fee. Three orders riding one trip can be three different amounts.

- The app puts the everyday fees in front of you, so the usual order is two taps from dispatched.
- Or any amount you like
- Type a custom fee for the long ones, the awkward ones, and the ones you have already agreed with the customer.
- Reserved, then settled
- The fee is held against your wallet when the trip is created and charged when the order is delivered. If the order never runs, the hold is released.
- Wallet or cash
- Deduct fees from your prepaid balance, or have them collected in cash on each trip. Either way the movement lands on your ledger as a dated line.

For couriers
Ride with InstaPilot.
Trips come to you through the app, with the pick-up and the drop already on the map. Your wage history is in the same place, so you can always check what you earned and when it was paid.
What you need
A motorcycle or car, a valid licence and national ID, and an Android phone. You register in the app and a manager reviews your documents before you start.
How you get paid
Each completed trip is recorded against your account with the wage it earned. Payments are settled by your manager and appear in your history.

No vendor sees another vendor
Your order volumes, revenue, pricing, wallet and customers are never disclosed to another shop on the platform — competitor or not. It is written into our privacy policy, not just our intentions.
Encrypted, and short-lived
Every request travels over TLS. Sessions are short-lived tokens held in your device's secure keystore, and sign-in needs a code sent to your own number. The panels carry no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
Only what the job needs
A courier on your delivery sees the address and the order — nothing about your business beyond it. We do not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
